洋白菜牛肉卷

白菜叶包裹着碎牛肉和大米。一道比较经典的希腊菜,每个人都喜欢吃…香气扑鼻,美味可口! 

成份: 

1 大棵洋白菜
500 克牛肉馅
1棵洋葱,切碎
80克小葱,切碎
1 小捆欧芹,切碎
1 小捆莳萝,切碎
4 汤匙米
1 杯橄榄油
盐, 胡椒

鸡蛋-柠檬酱

2 颗鸡蛋
1 至 2 个柠檬 (汁), 适个人口味而定
2-3 汤匙玉米粉
2-3 杯肉汤
 

将洋白菜放入水中煮10分钟。将洋葱,莳萝,欧芹,米,盐,胡椒及橄榄油与肉馅混合。将一部份洋白菜叶取出将硬块部份切掉。取一汤匙混合物放入每片叶中卷紧。在锅底平放2-3片洋白菜叶,然后将卷好的菜卷排成圆形。将上面放置一个盘子以防止加热时菜卷打开。放入水(2杯左右),橄榄油,低火煮1小时出锅。

鸡蛋-柠檬酱

将玉米粉放入到柠檬汁中溶和。将锅做热,鸡蛋打匀。把柠檬汁缓慢放入鸡蛋中继续搅拌。慢慢加入肉汤并不间断搅拌。把混合物放入锅中,小心搅动,静置几分钟,盛出。

Tip: 

.要时不时看看锅,加点水,如果有必要的话...
