扁豆汤

这是用希腊的方式烹制的扁豆汤。是值得全家人选择的健康营养食物! 

成份: 

250克扁豆
1个洋葱(大),将洋葱切成碎丁备用;
1-2瓣 蒜; 香叶;
一杯番茄汁;
2汤匙醋;
5-6汤匙橄榄油;盐;
胡椒粉

  将选好的扁豆洗净备用后,把扁豆倒入盆中并放入适量水(水应没过扁豆)大火煮至沸腾。后将水倒出,倒入新水5大杯后,将洋葱丁,蒜,香叶,番茄汁以及适量的盐和胡椒粉倒入锅中继续炖半小时。并在出锅前加入醋以及橄榄油。

Tip: 

在汤熬好的时候,再添加点橄榄油会更健康。
