南瓜派

风味独特的美味南瓜饼!

成份: 

千层酥面团 (fyllo) :

500克面粉
一小杯(咖啡杯)橄榄油
2汤匙醋
一杯热水
½汤匙盐
 

 馅::

1千克南瓜(需新鲜,干净并磨碎)
400克羊奶酪(搅碎)
3个鸡蛋
1 ½杯橄榄油(½杯用于调馅,½杯用于上层酥皮,½杯用于底层酥皮)
2 汤匙欧芹
2汤匙薄荷
盐,胡椒
 

将面粉倒入小盆中,用手指将中间挖个小洞,倒入橄榄油,醋,盐和水。搅拌均匀成光滑的面团。将面团平均分成两份,并揉成圆形(用作上下两层酥皮)。用擀面杖将面团擀酥皮形状。

将所有材料混合搅拌均匀。在烤盘中放入½杯橄榄油并将第一张酥皮铺平。加入混合馅料后放第二张酥皮。用小刀切成方块形状随后在南瓜派上淋½杯橄榄油。放下烤箱,200度烤45-60分钟。冷热均可食用,约24块。

Tip: 

醋会让饼皮(fyllo)吃起来更香脆。您也可以替换着用茴香酒。

要小心,盐别放太多,因为羊奶酪已经足够咸了。

等馅饼晾凉再吃,会更美味。
