500 gr. spaghetti pasta (noodles)
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 kilo tomatoes (red and juicy)
½ cup of olive oil
salt – pepper
Boil spaghetti in plenty of fresh water seasoned with salt for 8 -10 minutes. Drain and discard the water. Heat the olive oil and saute the cloves of garlic in it. Add the tomatoes, that you have peeled and pulped in advance, salt and pepper, some water and let the sauce boil for about 15 minutes. Serve the spaggetti and pour the tomato sauce on the top. You may add some grated cheese optionally.
