Kebabs with 3 different sauces
Tasty kebabs with delicious sauces. You family will love it and your guests as well!
1 kilo minced meat (700gr. beef and 300gr. lamb or 700gr. beef and 300gr. pork)
5 rusks, finely crushed (= 1 cup breadcrumbs)
1 tomato, grated
2 mediun onions, finely chopped (or 1 big)
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 sweet red pepper grilled, peeled and mashed in blender
½ teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
½ bunch parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon dry oregano
Mix all the ingredients together, knead well the mixture and let it stand for 1 – 2 hours in the fridge. Then, shape it into short sausage-shaped rolls and cook them under a hot grill (200oC) for about 20-30 minutes, turning to all sides.
A) Red pepper sauce: Beat in blender 2 roasted and peeled red peppers with ½ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of dry basil, a little salt and pepper and serve.
B) Mustard sauce: Place in a bowl 500 gr yoghurt (or 400 gr yoghurt + 100 gr mayonnaise), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons mustard, 1 tablespoon dry mint, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well with a spoon and serve.

If you want to make your dish more spicy, you may replace red sweet pepper with a spicy red pepper in your mixture for kebabs, or you may add some red spicy peppers in your red pepper sauce, according to your taste.
