Homemade pizza dough
A quick and easy homemade pizza dough with olive oil. Crispy and tasty!
1 kilo flour for all purpose
16 gr. of instant dry yeast
1 cup of olive oil
1 glass (normal size)of water
1 glass (normal size) of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
a little sugar
* Ingredients are for 3 pizza doughs!
Mix all the ingredients well together and knead until dough get unstuck of hands. Divide dough into three parts (three balls). Those we don’t use, daub with olive oil, put in plastic bags, separately, and keep in the freezer for the next time. Get one ball of dough and spread it with hands in a lightly oiled baking tray.
For the filling of pizza you may use anything you like, based mainly on tomato sauce and cheese.
Bake in the oven (200oC) for about 30 minutes, until melted the cheese and get a nice color.
Dough must be spread well in the baking tray, not to be thick!
Water and milk is preferable to be slightly warm.
