Chicken fillet with wine sauce

A very tasty recipe for chicken, full of colours and flavor!


1 kilo chicken fillet
1 onion, chopped
¾ cup olive oil
1 cup of dry white wine
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon ginger, crumbled
3 cups of chicken broth
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt, pepper

Wash the chicken and cut in small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the pieces of chicken with the onion until change colour. Pour the wine and boil for 10 minutes. Add half of the chicken broth, salt, red pepper, yellow pepper, parsley and ginger. Boil in low heat, pour the rest chicken broth and the lemon juice. Continue boiling until thicken the sauce. Sprinkle with freshgrinded pepper and serve. 


Accompany with rice or pasta.
