Trying to promote the "Olive oil Culture" and to prove that the "gold liquid of Greece" can be a part of the everyday life of Chinese people, in this year's cooking courses we also tried to prepare many dishes of the Chinese cuisine - all cooked with olive oil - and the result was incredible!!!
All of my friends were very pleased to realise that they could substitute the olive oil for the other kind of oils they used before without adulterate the authentic taste of the Chinese food. On the contrary, the food was very tasty and much more healthy!
