Psari scharas (Grilled fish)
Fast and easy prerared, so natural and healthy as well... Just try it!
1,5 kg large fish (seabream, seabass, gurnard, sculpin, etc.)
1 cup of olive oil
1 ½ lemon (juice)
Clean and wash the fish. Season with salt. Rub the fish with oil and lemon dressing and cook under a hot grill both sides.
Serve with some extra olive oil and lemon dressing in which you'll add dry oregano.
